Couples Defensive Pistol

Great class to introduce your significant other to self-defense with firearms. Let's help jumpstart your journey in becoming a team that can work through crisis situations together.
- Understanding importance of having a plan
- Master YOUR gun
- Fundamentals of shooting and safe gun handling
- Shooting accurately and effectively
- Being a good training partner
- Basic movement (Intro shooting and moving)
- Understanding working TOGETHER
Required Gear: Range appropriate clothes (rain gear if weather calls for it). Pistol of student's choice (sub-compact to full size). Ammo 275-300 rounds per person. Eye and ear protection. Appendix carry or Strong side holster (kydex preferred). Sturdy belt. Magazine pouch. At least 3 magazines. Pen and paper. Snacks and drink. Optional: sunscreen, bug spray.

DEFENSIVE PISTOL (TBA)

Defensive Pistol 2 + Medical (Stop the bleed)
Spring 2025
Defensive Pistol 2 is not an entry level course. Participants must have prior training and/or attended Defensive Pistol 1 with MTFT. This class also features MEDICAL: Stop the Bleed certification. By the end of class we will be applying tourniquets during LIVE FIRE drills.

- Drive the gun with your eyes
- Basic movement (shooting and moving)
