Aqil Qadir is the founder and lead instructor of CSA. Terry and I have had the pleasure of training with him for our NRA certifications. Words don't do CSA justice; this training academy is fantastic. Word of advice when you take a class here, bring plenty of paper to take notes. Mickey Schuch is from Illinois. However, he travels and hosts training events  all around the country throughout the year. I have trained with Mickey multiple times at the largest event that Carry Trainer offers, called "S12". Mickey genuinely cares about your growth, not just with firearms training, but with making good choices in everyday life.

I met Sproles at Carry Trainer's S12. This guy loves teaching... and he loves training. I took his "Incident Response" class in 2022 and quickly realized this guy shares a lot of the same passion that I do when it comes to training. We got together and collaborated multiple classes in 2023, ranging from "Active Threat Response", "Church Safety & Security", to "Intermediate Rifle/Carbine". Anytime we are working together on a class, I highly recommend you get in that class.
