Policies
- We MUST vet all our potential participants and paying participants before they are approved for class. If you are not legally allowed to own or be around firearms, then you will not be accepted. Furthermore, social media posts that violate our standards will not be approved for class either (hate speech of any kind, mockery of religious beliefs, etc.). We take this very seriously because of the nature of training with firearms.
- Class dates and times are subject to change or cancellation. If a re-scheduled class does not fit your schedule, a credit for the next available class will be issued.
- If a student must cancel and cannot attend class, a credit towards another class will be issued. This credit expires after ONE YEAR after issued. NO REFUNDS.
- Students are required to supply their own ammo (FACTORY AMMO).
- If a student is asked to leave or step off the range due to safety violations, NO REFUND will be issued.
- All students are required to sign a safety waiver and a media waiver at the start of each class.
- Middle Tennessee Firearms Training, LLC reserves the right to change and alter policies.
- NO REFUNDS for Season Passes or Gift Certificates .
- Gift Certificates are FINAL and are good for TWO YEARS from date of purchase.
- ALL Sales are FINAL. Exchanges or Credits towards another class date are handled strictly case-by-case.
- Classes have limited spots available. If a student cannot attend but would like someone to take their place, we will accept this change. Please let us know a minimum 2-3 days ahead of time.
